To get Link2SD Plus working:
1. Install Link2SD (Link2SD_4.0.11_Apkpure.apk), don't open the app yet
2. Install Link2SD Patcher (Link2SD_Patcher_v2_9.apk), open it, tap the "PATCH" tab, tap the "Patch" button (if the app force closes, use the "Patch" button for your CPU architecture)
3. After the device restarts, install Link2SD Plus (com-buak-link2sdplus.apk), if it's not already installed by Link2SD Patcher in the previous step, open it once, ignore any error/warning messages
4. Open Link2SD Patcher, tap the "ACTIVATE" tab, tap the "Activate" button
5. Uninstall Link2SD Patcher
