possible solution to update flash:
copy pepperflashplayer***.dll and manifest.json from system32\macromed\flash to Google\Chrome\Application\49.0.2623.112\PepperFlash
version detected inside chrome will be wrong, but on websites right version will appear
test for both MSI and "user profile)" exe installers and create updater (cmd script?)
