Turn off Google Update Service:
Open "Scheduled Tasks" and delete both "GoogleUpdateTaskMachineCore" and "GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA"
Open "Services" (services.msc) and disable both "Google Update Service (gupdate)" and "Google Update Service (gupdatem)"
Go to "gcf:about:plugins" and click "Disable" under "Google Update"

Get and enable the latest version of Flash Player:
Go to "gcf:about:plugins" and click "Details"
Under "Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0" click "Disable"
Download and install: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_ppapi.exe

Enable the gcf: prefix:
Use "AllowUnsafeURLs.reg" (found in the "Settings" folder)

Enable Chrome frame for every website:
Use "IsDefaultRenderer.reg" (found in the "Settings" folder)
