Ctrl+Alt+F9 doesn't work!
If Ctrl+Alt+F9 doesn't work for you, it may be because you have a keyboard that has an 'F Lock' or a 'Function Lock' key. If you have one of these, press the F Lock key to disable it and then try the key combination again.
