Install notes for Windows Server 2008

1. For all inf files in "\SWSetup\SP47022\Win32\brcmVista" ("Win64" on 64-bit systems), replace all "...1" strings with "" (without quotes)
2. Execute "\SWSetup\SP47022\Win32\Inst.exe" ("Win64" on 64-bit systems), install normally
3. For all inf files in "\Program Files\WIDCOMM\Bluetooth Software\bin" replace all "...1" strings with "" (without quotes)
4. Open "Device Manager" and then install the driver for the remaining "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" devices
