This is the Original Whistler style (known as Beta Luna) from Windows Whistler 2428-2464. It is compiled from the leaked XP SP1 source code. It doesn't need UxTheme Patcher for working. It contains original Windows Whistler Recycle Bin Icon, sounds, original Red Moon Desert wallpaper.
Just unzip it to Windows\Resources\Themes and you're go!
It does have ShellStyle, even the original one
It needs only a installation of Windows XP RTM/SP1/SP2/SP3 to work.
